Leasing Operations Representative

Overview:The**Leasing Operations Representative** provides support to our Leasing customers during the life of their contract.- This position will be responsible for performing tasks specifically related to the leasing product and interact with other areas of the organization.**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.**Responsibilities**:- Support the Leasing operation.- Provide support to Customers during the life of a Leasing contract.- Relationship with external vendors: control results of the services provided.- Track changes in the regulations that affect leased vehicles at state level.- Provide support to Customers during the contract termination.- Perform the vehicle invoicing/sale for paid in full contract, including control of documentation.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.- Knowledge of post-sale/servicing activities.- Desirable experience in understanding leasing products & lifecycle.- Fluent conversational English (will be evaluated during interviews).- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Analytical and problem solving ability - Use of data.- Effective communication with peers and senior leadership, oral and written.- Teamwork and collaboration.- Ability to work under pressure.- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools.- #LI-ED1Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
