W4 Management is a Brooklyn-based, fast-growing e-commerce company that owns and manages several consumer brands in the home goods and personal care space. We are on a mission to make a positive change to our planet Earth by creating modern, mínimalist, and eco-friendly products that every household needs. We are looking for a creative designer to join our creative team.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling and impactful designs for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, web design, and branding, mainly for Amazon. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products while ensuring consistent and captivating design aesthetics.

1. Visual Content Curation

Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts

Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of visual assets, including product images, promotional graphics, social media content, Amazon Platform Listing Graphics, and A+ Content

2. User-Centered Design

3. Design Innovation and Trends

Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our design projects.

4. Brand Identity Development

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards, and maintain brand consistency

Collaborate with Creative Director to ensure that all visual elements align with brand values and objectives

Collaborate with the marketing team to create a cohesive brand identity across all platforms

5. Presentation

Brainstorm and pitch design ideas to the Creative Director

6. Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while upholding design excellence.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Creative Designer, showcasing a diverse and impactful portfolio across multiple design mediums.

Strong conceptual and visual design skills (including the use of typography and branded color palette combinations).

Professional English level C1.

Knowledge of web design and UX/UI design principles is a plus.

Soft skills: Communication & interpersonal skills, Creativity, Attention to detail, Time Management, Collaboration & Presentation Skills.

**Benefits**
