We are looking for a creative designer to join our creative team.**Key Responsibilities**As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling and impactful designs for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, web design, and branding, mainly for Amazon. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products while ensuring consistent and captivating design aesthetics.1. Visual Content CurationCreate visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layoutsConceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of visual assets, including product images, promotional graphics, social media content, Amazon Platform Listing Graphics, and A+ Content2. User-Centered Design3. Design Innovation and TrendsStay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our design projects.4. Brand Identity DevelopmentEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards, and maintain brand consistencyCollaborate with Creative Director to ensure that all visual elements align with brand values and objectivesCollaborate with the marketing team to create a cohesive brand identity across all platforms5. PresentationBrainstorm and pitch design ideas to the Creative Director6. Project ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while upholding design excellence.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Proven experience as a Creative Designer, showcasing a diverse and impactful portfolio across multiple design mediums.Strong conceptual and visual design skills (including the use of typography and branded color palette combinations).Professional English level C1.Knowledge of web design and UX/UI design principles is a plus.Soft skills: Communication & interpersonal skills, Creativity, Attention to detail, Time Management, Collaboration & Presentation Skills.**Benefits**- Competitive Pay: $ USD per Month- Flexibility: This is a fully remote role.- Work schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am- 5 pm EST.- Time Off: Recharge with ample leave days - 25 total paid days off.- Location: Home office or paid co-working office of your choice.- Wellness: health insurance / medical expense with 5 sick days.- Team Spirit: Collaborate with a supportive and friendly team.
