El Asistente de Logística es responsable de apoyar al Logistics Manager en la gestión precisa e independiente de las necesidades logísticas del negocio, tanto a nível nacional como internacional. El puesto asegura el flujo eficiente de mercancías a través de la cadena de suministro mediante la coordinación con proveedores, clientes, almacenes, transportistas y equipos internos.

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Apoyar al Logistics Manager en la planeación, ejecución y seguimiento de operaciones logísticas nacionales e internacionales.
- Gestionar contratos de compra y venta, asegurando el cumplimiento de términos logísticos y comerciales.
- Coordinar las necesidades de transporte y embarques de mercancías (inbound y outbound), garantizando entregas en tiempo y forma.
- Evaluar tarifas y servicios de diferentes proveedores logísticos para proponer soluciones óptimas de transporte.
- Mantener comunicación diaria con equipos internos (ventas, compras, almacén, finanzas), así como con proveedores, clientes y operadores logísticos.
- Supervisar la documentación necesaria para importaciones, exportaciones y operaciones nacionales (conocimientos de embarque, facturas, certificados, etc.).
- Brindar soporte en la resolución de incidencias logísticas (retrasos, daños, discrepancias).
- Realizar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño logístico (costos, tiempos de entrega, eficiencia de proveedores).

**Perfil requerido**

Formación académica
- Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios, Logística, Administración de Empresas o afín.

**Experiência**
- 1 o 2 años de experiência en logística, supply chain, transporte internacional o áreas relacionadas.
- Deseable experiência en empresas transnacionales de comercialización o consumo masivo.

**Conocimientos técnicos**
- Conocimientos de comercio exterior, transporte multimodal y documentación internacional.
- Manejo de sistemas ERP y herramientas de gestión logística.
- Dominio de Excel intermedio-avanzado.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
