**Business Growth & Operation Manager**
Mexico City, Mexico
- In collaboration with regional front-line team and product to understand MX clients’ pain points. Draft business requirement with clear go to market strategy. Play as a key role to translate business pain points and needs into business requirement documents and present/explain to global product team
- Draft sales pitch according to different clients’ segmentation. Coordinate with marketing team to deliver product value proposition.
- Based on business negotiation strategies and plan with key MX clients or partners, propose business integration process and documentations and work with business team to present to the clients
- Responsible for the user growth of account base product, formulating and implementing product growth strategy based on user and market insights.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitor data on a regular basis to identify emerging trends, to provide learning to support the continuous optimization of incentives and campaigns.
- Leverage and optimize various kinds of user growth tools and product and incentives to drive user acquisition and engagement, including product selection strategy, cash back, and other incentive design.
- Conduct in depth analysis on key selected LATAM markets especially MX and focus on pricing, user experience and competitors analysis

**Job Requirements**:

- **Understanding the demand of cross-border customer payment products, and independently complete market research and customer research.**
- **At least 5 years of working experience as a product manager or user acquisition strategist with experience in the payment industry.**:

- Ability to design complete business requirement documents.
- Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into business insights and actions.
- Data-driven and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for business objectives.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the team. Mandarin speaking is advantageous.
