They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be tasked with creating and executing the expansion and roll-out strategy for our new ATMs across Mexico.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.**What you'll be doing**- Spearheading the launch of a brand-new market in Mexico shaping our physical presence from the ground up- Scouting and securing high-profile, central locations across Mexico- Owning the entire deal cycle from initial identification and relationship building with location owners, through expert negotiation and contracting, to subsequent performance monitoring- Being the primary relationship architect with key stakeholders, fostering solid partnerships with location owners and managing relationships with third-party installation partners- Contributing directly to our market strategy, playing a pivotal role in establishing our brand presence in prime, high-footfall areas, and optimising the performance of our ATM network- Leveraging your market knowledge and analytical skills to identify and prioritise the most commercially viable locations, ensuring maximum impact and brand visibility- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new locations and a cohesive market launch- Shaping the future of our business in Mexico, directly contributing to our growth trajectory**What you'll need**- 7+ years of experience in a senior expansion, real estate, or business development role- To be based in Mexico City and have flexibility and a willingness to travel across the city- A proven track record in achieving aggressive growth targets and building relationships with clients- Impressive negotiation and relationship-building skills- Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills**Nice to have**- Knowledge of the ATM industry**_ We won't ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process._**_ If anyone does ask you for this, it’s a scam.
