**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Need exposure in specialty chemical sales -like Lubricant Oil Additives, Epoxy paints and coatings, hardeners, plastic & rubber additives.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in business development and chemical product sales.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to manage outside sales effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of securing favorable terms for the company.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
