**Role Overview**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Development of business and financial plans to meet the business’ strategic needs
- Provide leadership to multi-functional teams to ensure project execution
- Engage with executive leadership to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Align business strategic direction with site policy deployment
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Responsible for project execution
- Effective budget and resource management
- Ensure performance delivery against key targets/metrics and quality standards
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
- Preparation and delivery of various management reports
- Ensure that all Health and Safety standards and requirements are met
- Build and maintain key relationships with customers, value stream and internal stakeholders
- Ensure the organisation’s HR policies and procedures are followed
- Key leader in matrix team including, logistics, supply chain, quality, and engineering
- Development of team members

**Basic Qualifications and Skills Required**
- Typically requires a University Degree and 12 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree and 10 years prior relevant experience.
- Results orientated
- Strong ICT skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship and team building skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent project planning skills
- Strong change management skills
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead, interact with and influence at all levels across all functions
- Flexibility to travel worldwide as required

**Desirable Skills**:

- Ability to demonstrate experience of strategy development
- Ability to demonstrate proven track record of project delivery to schedule, cost and quality
- Ability to demonstrate leadership of multi-functional teams to deliver significant business projects
- Ability to demonstrate management of key business processes
