**This is a WORK ON SITE position to work in our site at Angelopolis, Puebla. Weekly salary: up to $3,700. 2 days off (Sundays + another day at midweek). All benefits and 100% paid training.**

Insurance Customer Service Representative provides a valuable connection between insurance customers and policy providers. In this role, will be responsible for answering customer queries, dealing with complaints, and giving potential customers detailed information about the products. It may also be required to review a customer’s policy and direct calls to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.

**DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND STRATEGIES DEVELOPED**

Responsible for what is described in the list below, in addition to any other responsibilities that may be added due to the growth or needs of the operation:

- Learning and understanding of company insurance products.
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Builds effective relationships and trust with customers, setting customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions, developing and sustaining productive customer relationships
- Supports marketing campaigns and product launches when applicable.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Forwarding customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
- Documenting all information related to the call following the established guidelines.
- Accomplishes goals set by the company.
- Willingness to co-operate with others and work for the greater good

**SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with various online tools and platforms showing basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards maintaining quality by strictly adhering to the defined process procedures.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently, understanding and following written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English (Level B2 or more required).
- Acute attention to detail.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- A minimum of 35 words per minute required for Typing Test results.
