We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Manager to purchase inventory, arrange logistics, manage transfers to external warehouses and manage internal stocking software for products sold through wholesale and retail channels.

This role will manage restocking and replenishment for over 1,500 SKUs from 100+ vendors, sold across multiple business channels such as Amazon and Shopify websites and B2B business. The work is supported by internal software tools. Balancing supply with demand while minimizing out-of-stock, overstock, and homeless inventory are key aspects of the role. Primary KPIs are out-of-stock and excess stock rates, inventory turnover, and landed costs. You will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working closely with management and fellow team members in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

**What you’ll do**
- Become proficient with internal forecasting and replenishment software used by the company.
- Purchase merchandise by issuing purchase orders.
- Review and analyze best freight options for purchases, including securing and monitoring freight and logistics and coordinating with import brokers as needed.
- Balance supply and demand while minimizing out-of-stock, overstock, and homeless inventory situations.
- Oversee and coordinate replenishment requirements for external partners and warehouses.
- Proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies with inventory and data through advanced analysis, review, filtering, and comparison with extensive use of MS Excel, including X look
- up work.
- Maintain business relationships with suppliers during interactions.
- Compute, analyze, update and maintain various pricing databases including vendor data, product pricing, fx data, landed costs, etc.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and yearly data and report KPIs to management and internal and external teams, partners, and vendors.
- Proactively identify and resolve problems while making decisions related to balancing supply/demand, inventory levels, capacities, and customer fulfillment.
- Recommend and deliver improvements to the supply planning and supply chain execution processes.
- Work with internal teams to maintain traceability data for regulated products.
- Generate, maintain, and update various databases, including inventory management, shipping, and import costs, cash flow projections, etc.
