**_ Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable_**

**_ Responsibilities_**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Manage comprehensive contracts (SLAs and critical metrics) as well as internal metrics._**

**_ _**

**_Ensure smooth operations and uninterrupted service delivery._**

**_ _**

**_Develop succession plans for key/critical roles._**

**_ _**

**_Promote team engagement, professional growth, and reduce attrition._**

**_ _**

**_Keep systems like _**_My Time_**_ updated and ensure regulatory compliance._**

**_ _**

**_Accurately align MSS, cost codes, and SRT/update processes._**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Adapt to shifting priorities, multitask, and drive tasks to completion._**

**_Analyze DevOps data and report findings or errors._**

**_ _**

**_Work independently with initiative and collaborate effectively._**

**_Manage and resolve employee-related issues._**

**_Minimum Requirements:_**

**_Intermediate knowledge of accounting._**

**_Strong command of Spanish and English._**

**_Previous work experience in collections._**

**_Experience with SAP._**
