This role assists in shaping Talent & Development, through the implementation of exceptional project management, flawless execution, and a continuous process improvement mentality.

**About the Role**:
In this opportunity as a Talent Development Specialist, you will:

- Coordinate skill development programming and initiatives at the enterprise level. Focus areas could include manager development, career development, performance management, AI skill-building, and cultural fluency.
- Facilitate training for a variety of audiences.
- Promote awareness of Talent Development programs and solutions within the company.
- Collect and analyze internal and external data to help optimize the reach, effectiveness and impact of talent initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR partners and business units to educate employees about development resources and programs through strategic communication.
- Collaborate with external learning providers as needed.
- Operate in a matrixed environment, interacting with various stakeholders and representing the Talent Development team in key projects.
- Ensure successful execution and alignment with the company’s strategy and culture.

**About you**:
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

- Proven skill in designing and facilitating learning experiences, with the ability to create and deliver effective content.
- Ability to convey ideas both verbally and visually, engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Skill in project management and managing a portfolio of programs.
- Ability to navigate strategic discussions and execute necessary actions to achieve set objectives.
- Skill at collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data to inform decisions.
- Advanced fluency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
