The Business Development Coordinator provides direct support to the Managing Director of Montblanc Mexico. He/She, also provides support to the trade marketing & e-commerce team on specific projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Key responsibility 1 - **Business Development Coordinator Activities
- Compilation of monthly and quarterly reviews for presentation; creation and maintenance of a variety of Excel spreadsheets on monthly sales (Weekly & Monthly report)
- Support to the Managing director with strategic analyze and presentation.
- Coordination & support to the different departments (marketing, WHS)
- Owner of all the process of “personal sales” within the group (compra empleado), Stock consultation, orders.

**Key responsibility 2 - **Administrative Support to Managing Director
- Organize the office supply & book conference room for all departments.
- Assist the Managing Director in the preparation of expense reports, reservation of Hotel & restaurant.
- Coordinate programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, supporting by the Marketing team.
- Prepare agenda, minutes for corporate meetings

**Key responsibility 3 - **Family & Friends Annual Sale
- In charge of organizing Family & Friends Annual Sale, together with Supply Chain Manager and Business Development Coordinator.
