**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in our **Santa Fe** office, you will be aligning our people, products, processes, and communications to our brand values and in your role as Brand Alignment Assistant you will be helping make this happen.
- You will collaborate and report to the Global Bran Alignment Manager to ensure we stay on-brand.
- You will help manage the brand governance process.
- You will be called upon to support the Creative Solutions team with your graphic design capabilities. A
- You will have the opportunity to flex and showcase a variety of skills as a member of a small and dynamic global creative team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the measurement and tracking of brand alignment across Gates globally
- Champion brand alignment across people, processes, products, and communications
- Support the brand governance process for all brand output to ensure compliance
- Work closely with the team on conceptualizing, developing, & refining dynamic creative solutions & content.
- Create professional quality marketing materials that are in line with company expectations and deadlines.
- Partner with members of the creative team to execute assets and projects in line with Gates brand positioning.
- File management and asset management.
- Articulate and enforce the visual tone, style guide, and core values to ensure top-notch creative development and execution.
- Deliver client-ready assets for a variety of projects including social/digital, brand marketing, advertising, presentations, sales materials, and internal communications.
- Occasionally work with the project manager to source, execute and handoff press files/brief them of our needs for any given project for the final deliverable to be executed properly and efficiently.

**ABOUT YOU**
- ** 2 - 4** of years of **graphic design experience** with a strong emphasis on **production** and **layout design**.
- Design background with a portfolio
- Fluency in both written and spoken **English.**
- Experience in brand alignment projects
- Experience of working with international teams
- Experience in successful campaign planning, execution, and measurement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be willing and able to work in a collaborative setting with a diverse group of internal and external customers and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills.
- First-hand experience taking projects from concept to design.
- Ability to iterate and evolve concepts with constructive feedback.
- Must be available to work onsite at our Santa Fe, Mexico location
