(bilingual)****Benefits**- PTO (as long as you communicate and schedule in advance)- Monthly stipend towards health insurance**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and execute unique digital graphics for photo and videos that will be presented across multi-channel marketing campaigns.- Create strong and innovative graphic designs in accordance with brand guidelines and expectations.- Continuously research, monitor, and execute new techniques and trends in relation to graphic design and marketing.- Multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.- Collaborate with account strategists to create high-quality, effective digital ads and social media content that align with the client's brand.- Design and optimize lead generation campaigns across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).- Design landing pages that align with the campaign goals and drive conversions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and digital advertising best practices.**Duties**- At least 3 years of experience in and a deep understanding of graphic design in relation to digital marketing.- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.- Proven experience collaborating with a team of creatives to execute projects.- Possesses a can-do attitude to push graphic design production, editing, and execution forward while appropriately navigating any roadblocks.- Comfortable working in a remote setting, presenting on Google Meet, Zoom.- Comfortable navigating and operating different advertising platforms.- Proficient in standard industry design tools.- Strong understanding of the latest design principles, technologies and digital trends.- Natural ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated success:- _Following instructions to achieve desired results._- _Multitasking on a variety of projects._- _Communicating across different mediums._- _Working collaboratively._**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a digital ad designer and/or social media content designer.- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite using: Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, AfterEffects, etc.- Strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, and social media marketing.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.- Leveraging ChatGPT a must.- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment..- Ability to think creatively and strategically.- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an attention to details..- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.), Google Workspace products (Sheets, Drive, Meet, etc.), as well as with Slack.- Fluent in English - C2 Level (written / spoken).- Have a consistent and high-speed internet connection for video calls and remote working.**Assets**- Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere.- Can use Canva as well.- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.- Familiarity with Wordpress and/or Shopify.- Experience with video conferencing software (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, etc.)**PLEASE SEND YOUR PORTFOLIO IN ENGLISH****Salary**: $16,000.00 per month**Language**:- English - C2 Level (required)Work Location: Remote**Salary**: $16,000.00 per month
