**About the role**:
As an Assistant / Technician within our Emerging Science & Innovation team you’ll dive into the world of creating consumer-focused, technically superior products while honing your scientific skills. This role is an opportunity to take charge of critical projects, from ideation to execution, and collaborate with a spectrum of talented professionals.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Conduct laboratory-based development work to deliver projects, meeting KPIs, milestones, and benchmarks.
- Enhance R & D laboratory practises, contributing to the innovation of procedures and documentation.
- Embrace full ownership of significant project sections, leading them from conception to completion.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- A foundation in formulation science and scientific procedures.
- An innate ability to work collaboratively, coupled with the initiative to drive progress individually.
- Remarkable problem-solving prowess, with a talent for data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- A history of challenging existing procedures and championing advancements.
