We are currently looking for a
**FP&A Sr Analyst**
**Main Purpose**
Finance support requested through GBS to support Global Operstaions and Global Security budgets, including G&A forecasting, journal entry preparation, variance analysis, support of PO payment and GR/IR process, period reporting and ad hoc G&A spend requests.
**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**
- Day to day ownership of Global Operations and Global Security G&A budgets; own financial forecast processes
- Provide financial updates to budget owners each period, highlighting and investigating significant variances to plan/forecast
- Own cause of change analyses and provide insights into the key drivers of the business results
- Prepare necessary journal entries to NASS team
- Support consolidation efforts across Global Operations and other areas including Global Security, Global Procurement, International Engineering
- Support sector billing process - planning and forecasting potential true-ups to plan
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and financial process support, as well as to special projects
- Build strong working relationships with business partners across Global Operations, Global Security and the broader PepsiCo organization
- Load forecast and plan to BPC and SAP
- Additional control submissions, including quarterly Cash Flow and significant G&A commitments (All are informing, providing consultation, executing budgets)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2 years of experience in finance
Strong FP&A Skills, Forecasting & Planning cycles.
Fluent English
CPG experience - Nice to have
Advanced Excel (Pivot tables) SAP Cloud and BPC Preferred
