At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**FP&A Assoc Analyst****Main Purpose**GBS LAB FP&A Analyst will play a key role in the LATAM’s Beverage business. This role is responsible for supporting in report generaton and consolidation of a world class Global Business Service (GBS) for LAB North which embraces Belize, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Peru and El Salvador. Supporting financial planning process, innovation agenda from the financial standpoint and financial and volume information, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- Deliver an excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s responsible to update, maintain, improve and communicate the monthly scorecard results for LABC community.- Support FP&A team on AOP/Forecast development through information processing and consolidation as well as business analysis for LAB markets.- Check consistency between YTD trend and BOY forecast by market and P&L line.- Support in the update, communicate and consolidate Early Read template on pre-close algorithm result.- Satisfy PepsiCo and HQ corporate governance and reporting requirements.- Consolidate monthly and quarterly volume reports including Running Rates trend per market and volume growth per brand and market.- Help provide an accurate evaluation and analysis of current business results, opportunities and risks.- Provide sales reporting and forecasting support to the MU, with periodic volume and MC reporting, analysis and target-setting.- Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.- Generate reports, update and improvements looking for standardization across LATAM’s markets.- Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters to advise the MBS LAB Leader.Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirement**- ** Education**: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.- ** Computer literate**: Advanced Excel- ** Language**: Spanish / English fluent- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers.- Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities.- Ability to develop partnerships and to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.- Expert analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work both independently and colCASAoratively.- Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization.- Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and its impact on the business environment.- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.- Ability to deliver solid results under high pressure environment / limited time.- Continuous improvement mindset.If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
