Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for our next talented Customer Service Representative.
Abilities:
- Customer service skills
- Ability to adapt
- Problem-solving
- Organized and self-motivated
Activities:
- Assess, prioritize and respond to multiple data inputs effectively
- Act as front-line contact with customers through professional verbal and written communication
- Manage customer relationship through effective transportation planning and communication
Important:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
- Ability to manage multiple operating systems
- Ability with software systems
