ABOUT US-
ABOUT THE TEAM
- We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction - from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.- The CSR will help ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently and will be the “face” of RB to clients and guests who will visit the office during the auctions. The CSR will utilize organizational and interpersonal skills to work with all employees and clients.
**Essential Functions**:
- Answer the company phone lines professionally and courteously connect callers with employees.
- Check for voice mail and distribute messages as appropriate.
- Scan documents and forward or save as directed.
- Greet visitors to the office.
- Participate in call campaigns.
- Assisting customers at the counter providing information on equipment location, auction process, and online registration.
- Obtain documentation from buyers to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Filling documents.
- Collecting payments and confirming deposits with AP.
- Provide post sale support.
- Maintain organized the counter desk.
**Required skills and qualifications**:
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ability to learn new systems and enter data quickly and accurately.
El RSC ayudará a garantizar que la oficina funcione con fluidez y eficacia y será la cara de RB ante los clientes y visitantes que acudan a la oficina durante las subastas. El RSC utilizará habilidades organizacionales e interpersonales para trabajar con todos los empleados y clientes.
**Actividades**
- Atender el conmutador de la empresa y conectar a los que llaman con los empleados profesionalmente.
- Revisar los mensajes y distribuirlos.
- Escanear documentación y enviarla o guardarla según se le indique.
- Recibir a los visitantes en la oficina.
- Realizar llamadas para invitar a las subastas.
- Brindar información sobre la ubicación del equipo, el proceso de subasta y el registro en la página.
- Asesorar a los clientes para el pago de sus compras y el retiro del equipo.
- Obtener documentación de los compradores para cumplir con la Ley Antilavado.
- Archivar documentos.
- Realizar cobranza y confirmar pagos con Cuentas por Pagar.
- Proporcionar servicio postventa.
- Mantener organizado su lugar de trabajo.
**Habilidades y competencias requeridas**:
Poseer una gran capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español.
Sólidos conocimientos informáticos, dominio de Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel y PowerPoint y capacidad para aprender nuevos sistemas e introducir datos con rapidez y precisión.
