Technical Product Manager

Client is seeking an experienced **Technical Product Manager** to join innovative digital
marketing firm specializing in productized services for our customer's needs.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and product management skills to drive the success of our cutting-edge automotive products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product Vision and Strategy Support: Work closely with VP of Product Development
to develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and
market demands.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance using **PHP, Vue.js, and Laravel.**
Ensure technical feasibility and optimize product performance.
- Productized Service Development: Lead the development of productized services
tailored to our customer's needs. Create service packages that deliver consistent value
and meet client needs.
- Backlog Management: Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog. Write
detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team
understands the requirements.
- Agile Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the
team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the
development team. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on product
goals and requirements.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain the product roadmap. Ensure timely delivery
of product milestones and adapt the roadmap as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA engineers to define test cases and ensure
high-quality product releases. Participate in testing and validation processes.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions. Monitor
product performance, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous
improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user
guides, technical specifications, and release notes.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical product management role,
with a focus on productized service development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, Vue.js, and Laravel. Strong understanding of
software development processes and technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong
organizational and time management skills.

**Additional requirements**
- Certifications**:Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.**:

- Domain Knowledge: Experience in our customer's needs or digital marketing sector.
- Additional Technical Skills: Experience with other modern web development frameworks and tools.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per month
