If so, then this Technical Product Owner role for a great tech startup in Mexico could be perfect for you****About the Role**In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our startup, our flagship legal product. You will be the bridge between the product team and the engineering team, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process. As a technical expert, you will lead a group of senior engineers to bring innovative solutions to life.**Your Responsibilities**- Define and prioritize the product backlog, keeping the development team busy with meaningful work.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, fostering clear communication and aligning everyone on project goals.- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final release, including defining acceptance criteria, testing, and release management.- Analyze product performance data and recommend data-driven improvements to boost innovation and efficiency.- Champion agile methodologies and clear collaboration with the engineering team. You'll leverage Scrum and Jira to manage the backlog, formulate user stories, and enhance sprint planning.- Experience working in the tech industry- A strong analytical mindset and knowledge of data analysis- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager- A passion for entrepreneurship- A proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative- Excellent communication skills to explain product features and deliver feedback to engineers- Strong leadership and teamwork skills to effectively manage a team of highly skilled engineers- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace challenges- 1-2 years of experience succeeding in a startup environment within Mexico- A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement- A strong sense of ownership and a gritty determination to achieve goals- Articulate a clear vision for the product or feature, ensuring the entire engineering team is aligned.- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, keeping tasks clear, actionable, and aligned with product goals.- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that communicate project direction and timelines to stakeholders.- Collaborate effectively with product, business development, engineering, and other stakeholders to gather valuable feedback.- Translate business and user needs into detailed technical specifications for the development team.- Monitor development progress to ensure work aligns with product objectives and is delivered on schedule.- Partner with the QA team to define acceptance criteria and ensure the product meets the required quality standards.- Plan and coordinate product releases, collaborating with stakeholders for a successful deployment.**If you're a technical whiz with a passion for building great products, we encourage you to apply**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Qué nível de inglés tienes?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
