**Responsabilidades**:

- Actualización de cobranza diaria, transferencias, cheques físicos o electrónicos en el sistema Famous.
- Reportar inconsistencias en la recepción de desgloses de pagos.
- Informar al equipo de ventas las diferencias en la cobranza por pagos cortos o excedentes de pagos.
- Asegurar la correcta aplicación de procesos y políticas definidas por la empresa.
- Mantener un excelente servicio al cliente tanto internos como externos.
- Proporcionar información que solicitan las diferentes áreas o nuestros clientes.
- Recopilar toda la documentación para realizar reclamaciones en el portal de Walmart.
- Solicitar Ajustes a ventas por disputas rechazadas.

**Requisitos**:

- 1 o 2 años de experiência en Cuentas por Cobrar.
- Escolaridad licenciatura en Administración o Contabilidad.
- Conocimiento en manejo de Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Ingles fluido.

Pay: $25,084.00 - $30,100.00 per month
