Main responsabilities:
1. Develop terms and conditions for promotions in digital media and follow up on compliance with transparency and advertising obligations.

2. Actively participate in the review of designs and improvements of new financial products to determine the legal actions and follow up on the implementation with the business areas in accompaniment of the Legal Counsel in Mexico and working as a team with the Compliance, Internal Control, and Public Policy areas.

3. Assist in the review of confidentiality agreements, commercial alliances, proof of concept, and service contracts, including the review of suppliers.

4. Keep up to date, and issue advice and recommendations regarding new laws that may be issued in financial, labor, administrative, and tax matters in Mexico.

5. Ensure and be responsible that all procedures, documents, and administrative tasks of the legal activities in Mexico are in order.

6. Follow up on the matters handled by the various external firms and facilitate communication with them to achieve deliverables in an efficient manner.

Hard Skills required:
For example: Advanced English, SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Mexican Labor knowledge, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Law
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Excellent spelling and writing skills
Soft Skills required:
For example: problem solving, creativity, analytical mindset, people management, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated, self-organized, and focused on high-quality work at a fast-paced rhythm.
