As Technical Lead, you will play a crucial part in providing expertise within the area of Electromobility and the integration of battery systems. You will support our customers in securing that a product meets all the requirements, including legal requirements, ergonomics, cost-effectiveness, etc. In this role, you will also be able to act as the link between suppliers and the compilation of the integration process itself. You will act as a trusted advisor and support our customer's organization and customers within the field of E-mobility.

You will be part of a very competent and driven team of engineers, so we like to see that you are forward-leaning, team-oriented, caring, and responsible. We also emphasize the ability to create an overall picture of the process as you will work with suppliers and the technology.

**Requirements**:
For this role, we are looking for you who have a background in Mechanical Engineering, preferably from the Automotive industry. We also see that you have previous experience in a leading role such as project manager, technical lead, technical project manager, operative team leader, etc.
- More things we like to see that you have:_
- Required knowledge in requirements management and quality to ensure that the products meet the requirements of the customer and the end customer.
- Required knowledge within E-mobility such as electrical systems, automotive industry & design.
