**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills
- E1 Experience Oracle, Autocad, Solidworks 90% (preferred)
- English
- 4 years of experience in process engineering area Balance Time Study Layout optimization Project
- Management Lean Manufacturing
- Supervisory experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process engineering coordinator is responsible to develop the strategy working together with the engineering team to achieve the efficiency targets in the company.
- Coordinate and manage activities in the production areas related to layout, equipment, fixtures, gauges and tooling.
- Develop technical documentation (standard documentation) to stablish the process followed by the operation team..
- Ensure the process follows safety and quality principles to enhance plant productivity.
- Identify based on internal metrics (DT, Efficiciency, FTT) opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate Improvement projects, through plant process..
- Research and recommend new manufacturing methods, machinery, and equipment to increase productivity, reduce waste and reduce costs.
- _Participate in NPI process, identifying all process needed (Equipment, Method, Tools) for the correct product introduction._
- _Mantein and_ _update CAD documentation for plant layout desighs, fixtures and equipment locations._
- _Impact the process by the execution of cost saving projects._
