We are currently looking for a "Process Engineer" for our new MX Site in San Luis Potosi. Located in LOGISTIK II.The Process Engineer will be responsible for design, implementation and operation of industrial processes, maintain and improve efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profit margin. Product DevelopmentEvaluate and confirm the feasibility of new process design and equipment.New Product Introduction.Project Management (APQP)Product Transfer and Assembly lines.Risk AssessmentsProvide process documentation and operating instructions.B. Production ManagementEvaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.Developing and implementing systems and strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Focus on the line cycle time balance while maintaining the output and quality.Develop best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement of line performance, including cycle time reducing/equipment upgrading/fixture evolution.Supervision process performance quality testing and evaluation assessment.Ensures Housekeeping (6's) and assure Health, Safety & Environment Standards are maintained.ECN's.Lean Manufacturing (Preferred)SKILLS/EDUCATION REQUIRED:BS degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic or a related field)Proven work experience as a Process Engineer (2-3 years)Excellent technical skills.Strong communication and understanding skills.Knowledge of process-related standards.Familiar with the wire assembly process.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsHigh level of integrity and reliabilityKnowledge of the ISO9001 quality standards.Knowledge of IPC-620 & J-STD-001 (Preferred)Bilingual Spanish & English fluent.Fluent in use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.CAD o AutoCAD (Preferred)SINBON is starting operations in México, we are currently offering:Career growth, development opportunities, Supportive work culture.Law benefits.(IMSS, Infonavit, Vacations, Christmas Bonus)Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00AM to 3:30PMWork Location: Logistik 2 in SLP.
