Lead Automation Tester in Python

We are looking for a **Lead Automation Tester in Python** to spearhead the automation testing approach, ensuring top quality and regulatory compliance in healthcare integration projects.

You will drive the development and execution of test automation strategies using Python and Robot Framework, incorporating AWS and CI/CD practices to deliver reliable and compliant healthcare solutions. Join us to lead innovation in healthcare technology testing.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and lead comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for integration projects
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework with emphasis on reliability and coverage
- Partner with engineering and product teams to establish clear test requirements, acceptance criteria, and cases for new functionalities and integrations
- Ensure all testing procedures adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR
- Champion best practices in automation, continuous integration, and test data management
- Evaluate test outcomes, diagnose defect causes, and promote ongoing product quality enhancements
- Deliver transparent and timely updates on testing progress, coverage, and quality indicators to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in Test Automation
- Extensive experience designing and implementing test automation plans for complex healthcare integration solutions
- Strong proficiency with Python, Robot Framework, and AWS for test automation
- Deep understanding of API testing, microservices validation, and data integration testing
- Experience working within Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, data privacy laws, and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills in English at C1 level

**Nice to have**

- Hands-on experience with cloud-based test automation platforms, particularly AWS
- Understanding of data quality, governance, and healthcare interoperability standards
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools for automated testing
- Experience testing edge computing or Internet of Things (IoT) devices
