Senior Automation Tester Python

We are seeking a **Senior Automation Tester** to lead the test automation strategy, ensuring quality and compliance in healthcare integration solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and own end-to-end test strategy for integration solutions including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework ensuring high coverage and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define testable requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases for new features and integrations
- Ensure all test activities comply with healthcare standards such as HIPAA and GDPR
- Lead adoption of best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, and test data management
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and drive continuous improvement in product quality
- Provide clear and timely reporting on test progress, coverage, and quality metrics to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in Test Automation
- Proven experience designing and implementing test automation strategies for complex integration solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Robot Framework for test automation
- Solid understanding of API testing, microservices validation, and data integration testing
- Experience working in Agile environments including Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, data privacy, and regulatory compliance including HIPAA and GDPR
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English at C1 level

**Nice to have**

- Experience with cloud-based test automation, preferably AWS
- Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and healthcare interoperability standards
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices for automated testing pipelines
- Exposure to edge computing or IoT device testing
