Funciones Principales
- Planeación de la estrategia del producto
- Análisis de ventas por categorías
- Capacitar a los atletas con las iniciativas, nuevos productos y tecnologías
- Coordina nuevos onboardings, entrenamiento y integración.
- Garantizar cumplimiento de KPI s

**Requisitos**:

- Escolaridad: Licenciatura
- Experiência 2 años de experiência en posición gerente o Subgerente en retail (boutiques, tiendas deportivas)
- Dominio de los productos de Microsoft Office y de los sistemas comerciales minoristas
- Capacidad para construir, dirigir y administrar equipos de alto rendimiento
- Capacidad de utilizar herramientas para apoyar la resolución de conflictos y el coaching y asesoramiento de los empleados
