**SUMMARY**: Baker Corporate Services is seeking a proactive Project Engineer I to join our team. This position is located in our Tijuana office. This position is critical to supporting our project management teams and ensuring the successful execution of various construction projects.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Verify and correct timesheet entries daily
- Review and collect T&M (Time & Material) ticket signatures
- Draft, submit, and log invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain thorough records of all invoicing activities
- Initiate and manage job setup in Spectrum
- Perform job setup tasks in Procore, ensuring all project details are accurately entered
- Verify and log payments into Procore
- Create and manage change events and change orders within Procore
- Upload and maintain project drawings in Procore, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible

**EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION**:

- Graduation from CETYs Universidad preferred
- 0-2 years experience in project engineering or a similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in project management software preferred
- Procore and Spectrum experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
