Continue your journey as a Quality Technician at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will set up and perform a variety of complex mechanical, electrical, and functional tests. Our Quality team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

**Are You Looking to**
- Support daily activities of First article inspections.
- Resolve non-conformance issues for the plant.
- Failure analysis investigations and customer complaints to evaluate processes and continue improvement projects through different product lines.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Technical personnel.

**Are You Ready to**
- Be responsible for failure analysis, including cross sections and dimensional reports and line rejects
- provide support on corrective actions, line rejects and lead line inspectors, evaluate dimensional and visual inspection of the product to ensure compliance with technical data including calibrated gauges.
- Perform mechanical and electrical test as required.
