**Job Title**: E-commerce Campaign Representative - Full-Time, On-Site (Calls & Chats)

You'll handle everything from order modifications and billing inquiries to soft retention, ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound calls (80%) and chats (20%) from e-commerce customers
- Provide accurate information and empathetic support
- Document customer interactions and update account records
- Process refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, and order modifications
- Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct soft retention efforts to reduce cancellations and improve customer loyalty

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 6+ months of customer service experience (calls or chats)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Adaptability and quick learning mindset
- Typing speed of 30-45 words per minute
- Advanced English
