As a Senior Advisor in financial reporting, you’ll manage accounting tasks from start to finish. This includes financial reports, VAT and tax filings, audits, and budgeting. You’ll use modern tools, work closely with clients, and help businesses grow with confidence.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:
You’ll support your clients by keeping their finances clear, compliant, and under control. You’ll also work with your team on projects and process improvements.
- Manage financial records and reporting for assigned clients.
- Prepare and submit VAT and annual tax returns.
- Support audit processes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Help clients build budgets and forecasts.
- Use Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, and Spotlight Reporting.
- Contribute to team projects and monthly closings.
- Act as a key point of contact for your clients.

**Required skills and knowledge**:
We’re looking for someone who brings both **accuracy and a people-first mindset**. You’ll be confident with numbers and clear in your communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or similar.
- Experience with accounting tools like Xero and Spotlight Reporting.
- **Strong attention to detail** and ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Good written and spoken English. Dutch would be a nice-to-have.
- Analytical, organised, and able to manage small projects.
- Comfortable adapting to new tasks and working with clients.
