**Key Responsibilities**
- Electronic Invoicing, notes of credit and notes of debit for all customers.
- Management of ERP system for invoicing and data registration
- Follow-up on accounts receivable from customers.
- Monitoring together with sales representatives and their key accounts.
- Creation and monitoring of aging reports.
- Establishing a solid structure for payment projections.
- Recording received payments and monitoring terms with each customer.
- Validating electronic invoices.
- Reviewing credit terms with customers (collection and credit policy).
- Creating an action plan for overdue accounts.
- Monitoring letters of credit for collections - new and previous ones.
- Support with the policy and provision for bad debts and returns.
- Supporting the office team and auditors when needed

**Skills & Abilities**
- Bilingual
- Proficient in Excel
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience with a track record in similar industries
- Deep understanding of business procedures
- Excellent professional skills with attention to detail.
