**Position**: Customer Sales Specialist
**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base
- Working with internal and external resources, facilitating the work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements
- Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing
- Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status
- Liaison between sales team
- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion
- Ongoing Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of industry experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
- Knowledge of ERP systems: Oracle, Salesforce, and/or SAP.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home
