Customer Service Executive

The largest travel providers in the industry. For more than a decade they have managed and designed travel clubs and rewards programs for major brands in the tourism sector.
**Requirements**:
- High school completed.
- +2 years of experience in customer service. Preference in the tourism sector or service companies.
- Advanced English (C1)
- Office and CRM management
- Excellent conversation skills
- Ability to adapt to changes
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for managing the timely follow-up of requests received.
Provide the greatest satisfaction to partners and/or clients by ensuring compliance with established policies.
Efficiently manage and optimize processes.
Manage and promptly resolve disagreements and complaints received from partners
Resolve problems with the best empathy and care, providing alternatives that solve assertively and efficiently to increase partner satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the program's unique benefits and promote these services when relevant.
**Offer**:
- Base salary $16,000 gross per month + bonuses for achieving objectives.

- Rotated schedule:
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 4 pm / Monday to Friday - 11 am to 7 pm
Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.
