**Responsibilities**
- Confirm and process customer orders in the production schedule
- Update the production schedule with jobs changes
- Request and follow-up on engineering support for jobs needing technical review
- Create and follow-up on work orders in SAP
- Adjust work orders when alternative components are used
- Run the missing component analysis and coordinate missing components needs with purchasing and in-house production
- Prepare backorder authorization forms and coordinate with Production Execution Service (PEX) for production and shipping
- Prepare various production reports / KPI

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Degree in logistics, management or any manufacturing-related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- English advanced
- Excel intermediate-advanced
- SAP
- Knowledge of french is desirable
