You'll manage the critical flow of materials, optimize inventory, and cultivate strong supplier relationships, directly impacting our ability to deliver innovative climate and energy solutions to customers worldwide. Your expertise will be key to maintaining operational stability and maximizing cost efficiency.**Key Responsibilities**:As a Planner Buyer, you’ll be responsible for:- ** Executing daily production planning** based on material availability, capacity, and demand forecasts, and creating/managing **Clear-to-Build (CTB)** files for seamless production runs.- ** Managing and reporting on inventory coverage** for production lines, executing **Just-In-Time (JIT)** material call-offs, and overseeing production line leveling ("planchado") for optimal flow.- ** Leading direct purchasing activities**, including order placement, follow-up, and managing **detailed Cost Savings (CS) reports**.- ** Coordinating and implementing production sequence changes** and inter-line order transfers, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and analyzing **CTB for a 5-day horizon** to proactively address shortages.- ** Actively participating in Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 meetings** to ensure supply chain alignment, address challenges, and contributing to daily production closure meetings.**Requirements**:- ** Bachelor's degree** in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, or a related field.- Minimum of **2 years of progressive experience** in production planning and/or direct purchasing.- Proven experience in production planning and direct purchasing.- ** Advanced English proficiency** (conversational and written).- ** Advanced Excel skills** (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:- ** SAP experience**.- Experience in **project management**.- Experience leading cross-functional activities or projects.**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.- Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance.- Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
