**Requirements**:
- Conversational English (B2 level or higher) is essential
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar role managing accounts payable and purchasing
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
**Responsibilities**:
- Vendor management and reimbursement processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Vendor selection: Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms
- Invoice reception and registration: Verify and record invoices from vendors in the accounting system
- Payment management: Schedule and process payments to vendors, employees, or government entities, ensuring deadlines and agreed terms are met
