Overall experience: 3+ years of experience in release management or build/release engineering
Primary Skills: Decision making, access control, great communication skills.

**Job Description**:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, IT administration, or security operations.
Experience with large enterprise user bases and high-volume access provisioning environments.
Strong understanding of identity and access control models, including:
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
Ability to identify and remediate excessive or risky access privileges.
Experience supporting internal and external audits, preparing evidence and documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in access data handling.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain user privacy

Key Responsibilities
Manage and process access requests through ticketing or automated workflows within defined SLO
Ensure approvals follow proper delegation and business rules.
Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to streamline access management.
Notify user of successful access with usage guidelines and expiration date
Review code changes for requested access
