Overall experience: 3+ years of experience in release management or build/release engineeringPrimary Skills: Decision making, access control, great communication skills.**Job Description**:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, IT administration, or security operations.Experience with large enterprise user bases and high-volume access provisioning environments.Strong understanding of identity and access control models, including:Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)Ability to identify and remediate excessive or risky access privileges.Experience supporting internal and external audits, preparing evidence and documentation.Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAttention to detail and high degree of accuracy in access data handling.Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain user privacyKey ResponsibilitiesManage and process access requests through ticketing or automated workflows within defined SLOEnsure approvals follow proper delegation and business rules.Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to streamline access management.Notify user of successful access with usage guidelines and expiration dateReview code changes for requested access**About Virtusa**Teamwork, quality of life, professional and personal development: values that Virtusa is proud to embody.
