**PURCHASING PRODUCTIVITY SPECIALIST**

Location IRAPUATO, GUANAJUATO

**YOUR TASKS**

1. Oversee the development and implementation of new purchasing strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Analyze and evaluate supply chain and procurement processes toward determining areas of efficiency and potential costs savings.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders on purchasing decisions to ensure that the best value is secured for the company.
4. Implement productivity measures, procedures and guidelines aimed at improving purchasing outcomes.
5. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of new tools and systems.
6. Foster relationship with suppliers, vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
7. Develop productivity reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**

1.Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in purchasing, SQA, or a supply chain role.
3. Resilience and experience with vendor/supplier negotiations and sourcing.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
6. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, vendors, and suppliers.
