**Job Type**: Full-time, Independent Contractor
**Salary Range**: Competitive, based on experience and performance, with potential bonuses.
**Work Schedule**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or PST

**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying and generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional passionate about building relationships and contributing to the company’s success in the financial consulting space.
**Your Impact**:
Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding the client’s customer base, increasing sales pipeline volume, and establishing the company as a trusted partner in financial consulting. You will help secure key client relationships and ensure long-term growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospecting & Outreach:
- Research target companies and decision-makers to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement:
- Schedule and set up meetings for senior sales executives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and materials.
- Process Improvement:
- Provide feedback on lead quality to refine targeting strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Onboarding & Development:
- Shadow senior executives on client calls.
- Familiarize yourself with company services, sales collateral, and tools.
**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior executives.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Familiarity with financial consulting or professional services.
- Strong analytical mindset to provide insights on market trends.
