**Compensation**: $1,000 - $1,400 USD
HireHawk connects top talent with a leading real estate company managing 3,000 manufactured housing units across the Midwest and Florida.
- Generate and develop outbound sales opportunities through self-sourced prospecting activities
- Schedule and coordinate onsite property showings for qualified prospects across the portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants throughout the sales process
- Track and optimize lead conversion rates to maximize revenue impact and pipeline performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
- Documented professional experience within the U.S. real estate industry.
- Proven ability to manage and process high-volume sales lead workflows.
- Ability to independently schedule and coordinate property showing appointments.
- Experience working with both company-provided and self-generated sales leads.
- Availability to work standard Eastern Time business hours.
- Some college coursework completed or an associate-level credential preferred.
- Willingness to complete organization-provided software platform training.
