Do you have over 1-year of experience in doing outbound calls for Real Estate or Mortgages?1Click Contact Center has a new outbound real estate campaign with our training class starting Monday, January 23 at 10:00 am at our Zona Rio location.This is an ON-SITE position with no home office opportunity.Job Requirements - A minimum of one year of successful experience making outbound telemarketing calls, specifically for real estate and or mortgage campaigns. Familiar with real estate and mortgage terminology at a moderate level. No fear of making outbound cold calls. Advanced conversational and listening skills. The ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English and Spanish at a Tier-I level.Ability to type 25-wpm, moderate computer skills, moderate experience with using a Dialer, ability to work the assigned weekly work schedule, ability to be alcohol and drug-free (including weed/marijuana) during working hours.We Offer:- a $4,200mn weekly (including attendance bonus and there is a Semana astrasado)- a $3,000mn hiring bonus* (restrictions apply)- a schedule from Mon to Fri 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (weekends off)- uncapped weekly commissions ($100mn for every qualified real estate lead submitted)- uncapped monthly commissions for every real estate transaction that closes ($50 USD to $100 USD per transaction).- Full Mexico Labor Benefits (after the training period is successfully completed)- Paid Training- $200mn transportation for the first week- Free on-site lunch for the first two weeks.- An opportunity to become a Team Lead and build a team around you and increase your pay and responsibilities.All interviews will be held on-site at our Zona Rio location inside the Do It Business Center by appointment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $4,200.00 a la semanaHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Horarios flexibles- Servicio de comedorIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
