Descripción del puesto de trabajo:
As a **Card Fulfillment Associate **you will provide back-office support for our EPC/EBT/ECC/WIC State Clients within our Government Payment Services Operations team. You will be working to support both external/ internal customers and vendors.
**Required Skills**:
- Education: equivalent of U.S. high school diploma
- Ability to communicate in U.S. English - written & verbal
- Analytical thinking
Organized
- Ability to Multi-task
- Extreme Attention to Detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet established timelines
**Responsibilities**
- Review record & reconcile daily card fulfillment files.
- Notify vendor of any file issues, including missing files.
- Track vendor orders and record delivery quantities and associated costs
- Compile and maintain card package pricing
- Track county office orders, through processing & delivery; contact state account mgrs. as needed regarding questions/issues - escalate vendor issues
