**Are you a bilingual superstar with a knack for property management?**

We are seeking a talented Bilingual Property Management Admin Virtual Assistant to enhance our team

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with tenant communications and inquiries

Manage property listings and marketing efforts

Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Support the property management team with administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)

Experience in property management or administrative roles is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

Experience in AppFolio CRM, Buildium, Rent Manager

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Worked in the US time zone
