We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our growing team. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our Business Development Representatives. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships will be crucial in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and appointments
- Respond to prospects and customer requests and follow-ups
- Communicate weekly with management on the sales pipeline
- Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential sales proposals, contracts, and approvals

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Data entry and file maintenance experience
