Reporting to the Integrated Production Director, we are looking to bring on an Integrated Producer to support our growing creative and experience production team - ensuring a thoughtful, and high-quality service across deliverables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a solid strategic and executional understanding of our service and our client's business

- Develop/update, improve and implement appropriate plans for the account, working in collaboration with other team members to help us achieve our operational goals and reach our financial targets

- Be the go-to operational person on the account, both internally and externally

- Manage the workload scoping, briefing process, internal quality control, and external client comms to ensure that the team continues to deliver world-class service

- Interrogate and challenge process and timings

- Mentor, motivating, and supporting team members, displaying leadership and providing counsel to the team

**Qualifications**

- 3 years experience working in advertising or brand/marketing environments, with localization/language work exposure

- MUST have Spanish and English proficiency.

- Experience scoping short and long-term workload, managing timelines and running projects independently

- Experience working on language-driven processes

- Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to improve processes.
